INJURY PREVENTION
WORKSHOP

This workshop provides dancers information about injury prevention, strength training, conditioning, nutrition, and performance enhancement. Individual training plans will be provided for each studio and team.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASSES

The best dancers train outside of the studio to continually improve their strength, power, and flexibility in a safe manner. Classes are offered in privates and small groups.

MASTER CLASSES
CHOREOGRAPHY

Master classes and choreography in ballet/pointe, jazz, S&C, and lyrical. 

Limited spots available per year.
